disposable address
Please reinstate or allow users to create and use the disposable address feature again
Don't grey out those newly created disposable addresses and make them become nonfunctional

What we want to be able to do is CHANGE the basename/nickname for disposable address. It was not clear that the first basename selected would be permanent and unchangeable. Even with all disposable addresses deleted, it is not possible to select a new basename. 1) Priority 1 - We want to be able to delete an old base name and create a new base name 2) Priority 2 - We would like to be able to have a few different basenames 3) Priority 3 - Why do we need a basename?? A basename actually defeats the purpose of a disposable email because even with the added keyword it is easy to see they all originate from the same place. Please make the disposable emails a positive user feature, not a frustrating one,

After going to customer support for this same issue, I was told to go here and provide it as feedback. Now that I am here, I see that this issue has already been reported for many years with about 50 comments, and is ranked #11 in issues.
Unfortunately, it seems that this extremely annoying restriction gets no attention at all for resolution. Having 500 disposable addresses (as a marketing feature for Mail +) is almost useless for most users, and highly frustrating judging from the customer dissatisfaction clearly noted in all these comments.
With all the valid reasons given for allowing what seems to be a simple change, you would think it could get some attention. Come on Yahoo - take some action here!

The ability to create disposable address is the highlight and a nice feature of Yahoo Mail that everyone loves so please don't stop this function
In fact is the ability to create the disposable address that attracted me to use Yahoo mail
Thus what a shame to discontinue such a nice key features of a function in Yahoo mail
