I did not know how to restore my trashed eGift Certificates and when my daughter looked to help me, less than 2 weeks later they were completely gone and your help center said they could not be restored. I have used less than 1% of my storage and my emails should not be permanently auto deleted. I had purchased 4 to give away at Christmas and now that money spent and the gifts I was going to give away are gone and you say there is nothing you can do about it.
