Make Yahoo contactable in some way for people who aren't from America
I live in Australia and have an issue with my inbox history.
The issue is not described in your help FAQ and your chat-bot sucks and is unhelpful.
If I try another route and select "Contact a Yahoo specialist" from your help page, it does a CAPTCHA test and then throws me back to the same "Contact a Yahoo specialist" page ad infinitum, making it impossible to actually get through to you in this way.
I also tried signing up for the Yahoo-plus support option (which is a ridiculous thing to have to do) but got a message saying it isn't available in my country.
I then tried googling your contact number and found there wasn't one for Australia, so I found the area codes for America and made an international call, only to be told by a recording that "phone support is not presently available in your area".
I have absolutely no way to contact anybody to attempt to resolve my issue except by posting here. And considering how impossible the process has been up til now, I have zero faith that this will amount to anything either.
If any human ever ends up reading this, I'd just like to express how utterly rage-inspiring this whole thing has been for me.
You should genuinely reconsider framing any help options you provide as "customer service" because they don't bear any resemblance to what that actually is.
