Account Lock and Termination
Have the system pick up on attempts to access account so that the system does not automatically lock and get rid of all personal information and important documents. I tried for a long time to regain access and the only option was always to call a PAID line for assistance. I finally decide to reach out, get interrogated and just to be told that it was in fact not active anymore. Everything revolves around MONEY. It's disgustingly ridiculous!

There's no option afterwards either. Yet, if anyone was to owe companies like this a single PENNY, then there's always a way to find it! #********
