How can we improve New Mail?

My mobile app doesn't work at all. After the latest update my yahoo mail app in my mobile can't even be launched. Three days now, I am trying to restart the app, but with no results.
What can I do? My hands are tied and I really have to solve this problem because I have no emails in my mobile.
