Ungrouping grouped conversations but still keeping email chains from individuals would be so helpful
Being able to separate out conversations after sending an email to multiple customers would be extremely helpful. As it is now, when someone replies to a blast email I send, ALL of the conversations from ALL customers are all kept in one email which makes it impossible to see all individual conversations and keep them organized.
