WHY CAN'T YAHOO RESTORE DELETED EMAILS

asked yahoo for help to restore lost and deleted emails and got NO RESPONSE

    I constantly use my yahoo account, but just now discovered that all emails older than July 2013 were deleted. Can this be reverted and old email kept there for those who is sill using your services constantly... and no, no third-party application deleted them nor me myself. This happened to my husband's account as well.

    When you delete an email, it goes to your Trash folder. The Trash folder is then automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days. You can certainly contact Customer Care at help.yahoo.com and see if you can get some restored, they have the tools to help and handle those kind of issues. We do recommend ARCHIVING your email instead of deleting. Especially, if you want to go back and restore your deleted mails. Thanks!
