Get rid of ads across the bottom of the page
Your new ad across the bottom of the page is a really bad idea. What's next? Another ad above it making just one email subject line visible?

I wish I could restore my old Calendar full view. It was perfect, and much more functional than the new view which I do not like at all.

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Ads connected to a Virus should not be connected to email.
There was an Ad that showed up in my email box with a area to the left to click on it labeled Smith. I tried to remove it and a redirect pop up telling me I was infected with a virus. the Yahoo Mail Ad from smith is the virus. The statement gave the notice of senior benefits in my area.

Fix the calendar display bugs
Every time I add notes to an existing calendar event and save them, that event now appears TWICE on that day until I hit refresh on the browser.

Inbox default tab setting
What does not work well in the 2026 New mail.
I have been using the 2026 New version for months and missed the ALL tab
but now , here is some feedback
The Primary tab is the default tab and there is no setting to change to the All Tab.
I can start mail with the all tab, but if I select another/sub box, and then go back the the inbox,
the Primary tab is the default again.
This is very annoying, can you add a setting to use for the default tab for the inbox.7th ranked -
fix filter settings to remove instructions
the filter settings will not delete selected numbered filter instructions. for unknown reasons, all my in incoming email messages are going into the Archives folder.
I have attempted to correct this many times to no avail.
Can someone provide me with an explaination and a fix to this problem?

Ad within email messages
It would be helpful to distinguish the ads within the email messages by highlighting them or using another means. Recently, I accidentally clicked on one that showed a name. When I did, it took me to a "spam/scam" message about Windows.

Bug: Text Formatting
When saving an email Draft that includes copy-pasted text from Google, the text formatting gets messed up and
Bold words thrown out of context after the paragraph. This makes the text misleading to read and interpret afterwards.7th ranked -

Need to be able to telephone a specialist when a problem persists
There needs to be a telephone number to call. I'm not getting emails I should. I've spent about 4 hours checking all my folders, checking my filter and security settings, gone completely through the AI Chat, which ended up sending me back to the help center, and gone through all the help center suggestions. I think yahoomail is somehow filtering out those emails I'm not receiving, not even getting to my spam folder. jemoxley@yahoo.com

Performance of Mail While Running Ads
The ads you are running are freezing up my Yahoo! Mail to the point of making it completely unusable. When the ad changes, my cursor will leave the message I'm composing, so I have to keep clicking back on the message every few words. It's utterly ridiculous and serves no purpose but to frustrate me and want to avoid whatever advertiser is ruining my productivity.

Make the sign in work again (infinite loading) help.yahoo.com Contact us> Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available.
Although basic yahoo is available, sign in is broken on 'unsupported' browsers (infinite loading thing), meaning I have to manually copy cookies from a newer browser for it to sign in.
help.yahoo.com is unavailable as the contact option gives Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available.
Once again, I tried the HELP center, but it doesn't work because the contact option just gives a not availble message.
