In a news article about women sporting "Not a Dude" on their ******, Quang Pham makes the astounding assertion that debate about gender and sport debate is making "baseless claims that certain female boxers are actually male."
These claims are not baseless. The boxers in question have been tested and found to have XY chromosomes, making them unequivically male. The IBA banned them from boxing against females in 2023. They have testosterone levels some 10 times that of biological females which results in punch impact levels of 165% that of females. They do not display the 5-alpha reductase deficiency symptons. The only criterion they meet is that their passport states that they are female, hardly a solid basis for confirming their sex.
They are male so stop saying that such claims are baseless.
