All e-mails need to be rejected, returned to sender, unless the sender is white listed, for example, they're in my address book.
There is no way to control the amount of spam I get. I have requested for them to stop sending. I have marked them as spam. But, they always figure out a way round it. The spam just keeps coming, hundreds of e-mails a day. The only way to stop it is to require that each sender is white listed and every sender is black listed until they are white listed. Senders in the user's address book could automatically be white listed.
