  1. Clean up your ads and stop scamming people

    You are allowing ads that are scamming people, and your other ads are too explicit. One of the ads is telling me that my payment for McAfee did not go through, and it was an ad, not an email. So the scammers are getting through to Yahoo without Yahoo putting their foot down on what they are allowing in the ads they are submitting. Yahoo is not ensuring its customers' safety, and children's eyes are not being protected from explicit images and/or info.

  2. Blocked Senders

    Something is wrong with blocked senders still getting to the inbox. I have blocked more incoming email in the last month, that is not being captured by the spam filters, and it continues to make it back to my inbox. Even after blocking.

  3. report scam ads in mail

    Scam email ads are showing up in list of emails. Saying Norton expired and failed credit card payment. PLEASE add a means to report the ads.

  4. I reactivated my email, why can't I receive my password reset from a website??

    I just recently recovered my old yahoo account cause I wanted to reset my password for a website. why am I not receiving the emails anymore? please help
