On my ads for hyundai, they come automatically voice on at about double the loudness, my speaker is set at! When I turn the speaker symbol to on (yes it shows it off), it comes in a nice quite sound. I then just stop the ad. This happens about every 3-4 emails as i go threw them couple times a day!
