When I try to "add mailbox" the pop up to let me sign into the other Yahoo account is always blank so I can't complete it. I have NO pop up blockers. I have nothing enabled that would interfere, and I have tried two browsers at this point with the same result. Apparently all help.yahoo.com is behind a paywall, so I can't fix it. This is unacceptable.
