Filters do not allow me to add email domains (i.e. @vm.vonage.com) and deliver messages to my Inbox; they can only deliver messages to email folders that I create. But I am not receiving any emails from any @vm.vonage.com addresses, they are not going to Spam, and I cannot create a Filter to deliver them to my Inbox. Very frustrating.
