Since you have reduced the storage capacity of our mailboxes from unlimited (originally) to the new storage leve, I have tried to delete. But I would like to see you program in a feature instead of 'All' button, A check-box OPTION TO ALLOW FOR 2024 OR EARLIER to be deleted as a GROUP, without deleting the RECENT emails from this same sender.
Currently, the ALL button does all the new emails. You group the emails from 'Today' and 'Earlier' and by '2024' and earlier 'years', so adding a checkbox beside a year would select for that year to be deleted and stay within our storage limit, but not the rest of the current emails.
