Extremely frustrated with account recovery
I've spent 25 minutes on the phone with your help line. My mother in law, a 73 year old lady from Turkey, needed my help to access her yahoo mail account (iclalpaker@yahoo.com). She forgot her password and her recovery email address (which is correct at yahoo's records) does not receive yahoo's passcode. So I called the line, she was with me the whole time, with her passport and drivers license. Since she cannot speak English, your colleague, Denise, could not help. A 73 year old user, who trusted yahoo with her all personal communication, cannot access her account since she cannot speak English. She is frustrated, so is the whole family. If someone reads this, please help. Otherwise, we'll remain frustrated by and definitely away from yahoo.
