Yahoo help keeps going back to the Choose Product option. Please fix it.
I need help accessing Yahoo help. The menu goes from Choose Product to Choose Support Option, and then, when I select Yahoo Specialist, it goes back to the previous menu. I feel sad that I was a Yahoo employee for the longest time and such a simple feature is not functioning.

Yahoo Customer Care Yahoo Hi, I am Devansh Chaurasiya. I have yahoo ID talktodevansh@yahoo.com. It is a very old ID made somewhere in 2002 or before that. Today when I try to log in, I get error message that is "Sorry, we don't recognize this email.". My personal number +91-98862-81587 is also associated with it. I have attached my passport copy as proof of my identity (in PM). May you kindly fix the problem and restore. make calendar full view with all event/task available again
Please bring back the classic calendar view where in the month page, all event/tasks are shown in full, make it easily to find things. Also in the month view you can quickly insert task/event with time order by clicking between existing ones, make it so much easier.
The new view abbreviate all events/tasks and make it very difficult to look for things, and in month view one can no longer insert event/task with time slot and have to remove the default all day toggle. Lots of pain.
Please give user options to go back to the original calendar view. Thanks.
