Log ins have been ****** for years
I have been using yahoo for 15 years and through all your ridiculous updates I am frequently locked out of my account hpmglennie@yahoo.ca. So far I have been able to access it through my alternate email (hpmarmstrong@yahoo.com) but now, (once again, thanks to your faulty system) am no longer able to do that. years ago, you removed my ability to use a password, and my device verification has not worked for years due to the changing of phone numbers, which I have never been able to update SINCE I CAN'T LOG IN. I'm not sure what you have to do to fix this, but I am sick of this ****. I am one of your few loyal users and all yahoo does is cause me frustration. Please get me into my account so I can't clear out years of important information and move on to an email provider that does not make me want to smash my computer with a baseball bat. BY THE WAY, you will not be able to reach me at my original yahoo account, so please ensure you do not attempt to contact it. Please address this issue, and reply at hpmarmstrong@yahoo.com
