create print icon so a group of emails can be saved as PDF without opening each email
I want to transfer a group of emails to Dropbox. I was told I could check the boxes next to the emails, without opening each email, click on the print icon and save the emails as PDF files, then transfer the group of emails to dropbox. However, I am told I have to open each email to get to the print icon. I think you need to create a print icon that I can use for a group of emails all at once. It doesn't make sense that I have to open each email to transfer emails to dropbox.
