Rampant racism in the comment section
I do not understand why you still choose to allow racism to run rampant throughout the comment section. What will it take for you to actually do something about it? A lawsuit? From where I’m standing there’s enough evidence to back that claim, this will happen to your website. Other prominent websites do care, and take the time to address and correct this. You’re gonna start losing subscribers worldwide if this continues. You need to hire someone to actually take the time, go thru the comments, flag and ban the appropriate individual IP’s and hold them accountable. Stop contributing to the division of our great country. Thank you for your time.

Ever heard of sticks and stones or the simple fact of finding another news source? Just because you are offended by what you read, doesn’t make it right to mute other people’s thoughts.

Thank you for this comment. It’s sickening. I think some responsibility falls on the writers, I rarely see any positive stories regarding people of color. Maybe yahoo should just disable all comments
Yes the amount of racism and hate in the comment section is absurd!!! Something must be done. At the end of the day we are all humans and have the same blood running through us.

I’ve no idea what sparked this comment but find myself very much intrigued by it. Could you please provide a link to what you’re referring to as “being racist” because I too do not like to see it go blatantly unchecked and trying to “do my part” by personally flagging whichever comments I deem “flag-able” (LoL) just doesn’t seem to have much of the desired effect that I’d like to see. Perhaps; having your flagged comment as part of my “collective data”, it will become a matter that can no longer be ignored by avoidance of the issue. Thank you for having an opinion but more so for making it heard by sharing what others would consider “online ranting” but is in fact realistically, you stating your opinion, of what you’ve read, and (after providing a link) have a copy to back up your claims that there are some serious slacking in the monitoring dept at “Yahoo!”. It’s nice knowing I’m not the only one feeling as if these “policies & conditions” one is forced to agree with should they like to be an active member of a community! Thanks again & TTFN + Happy New Year Wishes for you & your’s!
