Just received notification saying points now expire after a year, but my 1,500+ points for this week which I couldn’t redeem for any cards since they’ve all been sold out are now zero’d out. This has been the worst week with this app. Fear it’s going down the tubes.11th ranked

The fact that I got this app last night and tried to go into it today, finding that all of my points already expired, is why I am deleting it after this suggestion. It just wiped out 270 points in my account overnight. For real, what person has time to sit and do nothing but watch videos on this app to earn enough points to get anything in 24 hours? Allow them to add up. I thought this was kind of a fun way to pass the time, but when I can’t do anything with what I earn because I can’t sit and play to ear 6000 points a day.. that’s ridiculous. Good luck with your app. Some people must enjoy it because it’s obviously still being used. However, for the rest of us who have more to do that spend 24 hours a day watching these videos, this app will find the garbage.

I had an incorrect email on my account, I redeemed my points for a $5 Starbucks card and when it said the email it was sending to I realized I no longer had that email I since then added my new one but is there anyway of getting my $5 Starbucks that was sent to my old email.8th ranked

I went through a bunch of the drop content and when I came back I had to scroll through it again to find unread content. One of my favorite features of Instagram is that they don’t show you the same posts twice. If we could do something similar here where only unread content is at the front, that would make it more engaging and easier for people to come back.8th ranked
If I’m not watching the videos it’s probably because I either don’t want sound to play or I’m listening to something else. A quick button that will mute those parts at the top would be great.10th ranked
