A “correct” answer is wrong
Just played the “Celeb said what” game with Donald Faison and the third question (played a sports agent in what 2011-2015 show). The answer is The Exes and NOT two and half men. Just thought you’d know about that and let the question writers to be more careful next time. Thanks.

Waste of time
This app become a waste of time. Buffering for ever. Plus this 250 limit per day is making it way too hard to collect points. And on top of all raising the value of the gifts cards. What next?!

Points zero‘d out! Are you kidding me?
Just received notification saying points now expire after a year, but my 1,500+ points for this week which I couldn’t redeem for any cards since they’ve all been sold out are now zero’d out. This has been the worst week with this app. Fear it’s going down the tubes.

I’m not getting points even when I’m answering questions correctly or just found the 5 point survey ones. Nothings coming up for me just a check mark but no points.

I had a suspicious activity pop up so I deleted all my accounts so I only had one but when I try to buy a 10 amazon giftcard it said suspicious activity again.yahoo please this is the 5 giftcard that I had wasted my time on

It’s not adding up
I have been on this app and participating weekly for about 2 months yet this is the first time that I’m seeing awards are sold out in less than 24 hours of the point reset! This is not adding up somewhere also because if we’re only allowed to earn 5,000 points a day then how are the gift cards between 6,000-12,500 points getting sold out in the window of 24-36 hours after the point were reset? Ok I understand the 6,000-10,000 point items running out after the 24 hour mark but the 12,500 point Amazon gift cards are gone?? Yet…

Gift card
I had an incorrect email on my account, I redeemed my points for a $5 Starbucks card and when it said the email it was sending to I realized I no longer had that email I since then added my new one but is there anyway of getting my $5 Starbucks that was sent to my old email.

Not sure how 5,000 points per day is possible! I want more content to respond to so I can get more gift cards! This is honestly a mild complaint! Love the app

My Gift Card was used already
I received the gift card within 24 hours. Once I tried to add the Uber GC to my account it said used from another account. I even reached out to the gc company, emailed Monday still no response. So disappointed!
