    I am really disappointed of your decision to delete all my emails, which were the database of my NGO. As a result of this I am unable to keep it open, so it will permanently close. You have erased 15 years of valuable archives. Thanks! I will never forget it...

    Can't use my Yahoo-Mail account in Outlook anymore!!!!!! That's a huge and critical problem. As I can see are there already uncountable requests to you, to get this severe problem fixed!!!

  8. One hour wait

    when I try to login, a message comes up 9 out of 10 times, like "we are unable to process your request this time, please try again in 1 hour." I just can't think of any reason why this keeps happening to me. When I need to check my emails, I need to do it at that moment, not 1 hour later. Please fix this issue. Thanks a lot!

    Yahoo, this issue has persisted for MONTHS.
    Why are you not able to fix it, it materially erodes our ability to use your platform effectively using Outlook and other desktop apps?
