  2. never liked your website soI went to g.mail and I'm only trying to reach my cousin in S.FLA. who uses yahoo - so - if you won't let me signo

    don't live with my cell - only use it for emergencies so I still take a lo of time to use it. so I guess I dont't have to deal with this **** any longer.

  6. I lost ALL my information and am now treaterd as a new customer. How do I close this piece of **** you just created?

    CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SINCE ALL THE INFORMATION IS NOW GONE THANKS TO NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG IN AND ONLY HAVING 60 SECONDS TO POST A VERIFICATION CODE SENT TO MY EMAIL IT MAY TAKE AN HOUR OR MORE TO GET THE DAMNED EMAIL.

  9. Outlook app not syncing since you forced password update on me

    My Outlook app stopped syncing new email. Went to my desktop and noticed it was forcing me to update my password which I did. But Outlook still not downloading any new mail. You done messed it all up!!

  10. Make it easy to migrate away from Yahoo if you don't fix app generation

    Yahoo has unilaterally disrupted email capability for many businesses. It would be helpful to provide an easy migration solution so we can stop using Yahoo.

  11. It's impossible! They won't replace my old phone number on my acct with my new one when I've lost that phone! What a mess!

    I just want my old account opened again which I lost from logging out last night and can't remember my last password. Very sad. Old phone number that's gone is their only way to make it sure it's mine?? Ridiculous!

  17. Please do NOT expose the complete phone numbers and e-mail address when Yahoo asking for the MFA or 2nd step of authentication.

    I just noticed that Yahoo just changed the 2nd step of login authentication by exposing members complete phone numbers and e-mail address. Please change it back to before by partial visible of the 2nd step login authentication information of the phone numbers and e-mail address for security purpose.

  19. Please block out private information for secondary verification

    I have Two Factor Authorization on and when I went to log into my Yahoo this morning, none of my private information was blocked or X'd out. No --XXXX or anything.

    This is a huge security risk. I don't know why it's like this now, because the Yahoo Mail site did it before, but anyone trying to get into an email can now get the other emails or phone numbers to spoof from this way if they try to access an account.
