My email client quit working. Yahoo demanded I change my password, but then announced that the app password generator is broken. Why is that option even listed if you don't offer it?

Get past the blatant lies regarding trying to "fix" App Passwords and show some respect.
It's hard to imagine how what used to be a respectable entity has completely turned their back on users who, by choice, wish to make do with a email client of their choosing. Cannot fathom how Yahoo can continue those lies about attempting to fix the App Password generator. If, indeed, the techs can't get to the bottom of it THEY SHOULD BE FIRED ALONG WITH THE TOP BRASS!

Why, as a subscriber, don't I get better support when I've got a problem? 99.99% of the time, Yahoo is brilliant, but when you have a problem, it's dire. I had to turn to Goggle to get an answer. Surely that bothers you?

I have just spent over an hour trying to get outlook to read my yahoo emails, something that its done for many years. There was no solution on Yahoo, so I turned to Google where it says two way authentication is needed. As a subscriber to Yahoo, I expect BETTER support.

You need a place to Edit the Verification Methods. I have a new phone but the description is still the old phone. I can't change it.
Need to have Edit for the phone description when we get a new phone. It shouldn't go by the phone number to think it is still the old phone. This is under Verification Methods.
