  10. Hey. 20 Passwords one after the other and counting with a week or so. And you did not know me ?? How come you knw my email ??? Hopeless !

    Very simple get a a new software that recognizes passwords, and information like email address in stead saying we can't identify you even after sending me an SMS password / code that I have put in correctly and you still say you don't know me, you don't know my email says it's unknown .A customer you have had for years sticking with you despite the numerous scams that have taken place where thousands of your customers have had their personal details hacked into. You do not know how to reward loyalty. but from what I see now and your reference…

  13. There is a problem with yahoo mail. It freezes whenever I delete a message, and nothing can be done after that.

    maybe don't force two factor authentication on accounts that specifically don't have it set up. you've lost personal information not once but twice in the past two decades. I'm not giving you any personal information. so knock it off or I'll use a different email service
