  2. Provide customer service free of charge. you have didpicable customer service.

    I don't need help very often, maybe every 5 years. I have had my email account for the last 10 years. All the new security features have me at a loss to keep up with the chages. I recently got locked out due to the fact that Yahoo wanted to verify my identity using an old phone number on my account. You have taken away any means of updating this info, I get locked out of my email account, and now am expected to pay of help My credit card was charged for a service I did not want. This…

  3. Auto censor of comments

    While Yahoo can block an account from commenting. It would be better if you had a more ingenious way of allowing long term accounts to participate - such as use Government approved security - such as Global Entry or Police Checks - something that reflects the person. Opinions are opinions - and while there are people who write nonsense and non-reflective comments. It seems many that are censored are more educated and have logical comments. Thank you!

  6. Make primary 2FA method selectable.

    You need to make the primary 2FA selectable. I dont use Authenticators on a regular basis so therefore I should be able to set my 2FA to text message or phone call since that is with me almost all the time.
