  2. Content in your draft emails not disappearing

    Make sure your site doesn’t randomly obliterate content in draft emails. I had an ongoing draft email I was working on for weeks and all the content disappeared without a trace. Tried to recover it and it only recovered 50 emails in my main inbox. Called support for help and the lady was useless and couldn’t explain why that happened. She said they’d try to recover it, but there seems to be no explanation of WHY it happened. It’s so unfair and messes up. Weeks of work just gone from my draft

  7. Unable to send emails using Thunderbird with Yahoo Mail

    It would be good to be able to send emails using Yahoo Mail in Thunderbird Beta Version 114.0b6 (64-bit).

    Am currently unable to do so using the prescribed IMAP settings:

  9. Don't Charge For Password Recovery

    Stop charging for password recovery. You guys are the worst and are probably only in business for this reason. Got locked out of my account and had to pay a monthly service fee to retrieve my account....thanks. you are the worst

  13. Need to be able to change my birthdate - mine is set up incorrectly (unsure why) and wish to update it.

    For some strange reason my birthday is entered incorrectly yet can't update it. Am concerned that if at some point I get locked out and then need to provide my date of birth, you wouldn't able to identify me because the dob is wrong.

  16. Your service lately is very poor, Customer Service sucks. I have been with you over 30 years and never had the ******** i am going thru now.

    you guys are losing customers at a alarming rate, if you want to lose a few more just keep your customer servicer just as is. And to get any help it will cost you money for nothing, i think CS messes up your accounts just so you have to pay them to fix it. 30 years and no problems until this year
    Customer Beware Yahoo is becoming corrupted and losing it reputation more and more

  17. It is horrible--cannot switch between email accounts as easily as before!

    Navigating is complicated with the dropdown menu and having to click "Go". Cannot switch between accounts as easily as before--it is frustrating trying to find where to go to get to another account. Stop trying to look "fancy"--people just want to get to their email accounts!

  18. Why is Yahoo ignoring everyone request to fix the app password generator is there something wrong with your company

    I have been using this feature for many years and deleted my generated passwords with the expectation that I could generate new passwords as a matter of housekeeping but that failed. So generated passwords work if you allow the generation of new ones. It astonishing to me that you just ignore everyone request to fix this feature without explanation. It's like you are treating your customers like idiots.
