  1. Old email address can't be removed from security/recovery options

    Can't remove old, obsolete (10+ years), email address, or stop it being used for account verification.
    I do not have access to this address, others may do.
    It listed is under Recovery Email Addresses with a note saying it's my 'Yahoo Account Username'. It is not a Yahoo account or my username/address/login. The only place I can find it referenced is under recovery email which needs to be removed.

  4. Put 2022 stats back on baseball mock drafts.

    Why did you take away the 2022 stats from the baseball mock drafts, I dropped out of 2 drafts because of that, thats how I pick my players 2023 projections mean nothing to me.

  6. Why can't the account syncronice?

    Why don't the account syncronice? I can't even use password to access the account. I just noticed that since the 8th the account is no longer in sync with the other e-mail accounts and I haven't done any changes on any of the accounts. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

  7. Please make the option for phone calls. Not everyone has a text option.

    I don't have text so I need phone calls if I get locked out. I know several people do not have cell phones and only have 1 email.

  13. Recovery Emails

    Yahoo does not allow the removal of recovery email addresses linked to the Yahoo account, why not? What if one of the recovery emails is compromised, allowing the infiltrators to use that account to reset and gain access to my Yahoo account?

    Maybe if all these tech geniuses and giant companies could put a little effort into simple customer communications rather than trying to handle everything through bots and re-directs issues like this would have been thought of at the start of implementing such projects/programs.

  14. I suddenly got bombarded with 90 span emails all of a repeating theme that the Yahoo spam filter ought to have detected. Unacceptable.

    I'm a long-time user of yahoo email. But if the spam filter isn't fixed I will have to move to a competitor.

  19. Customer support is a privilege now? What happened to getting just basic help
