    Hi Team,

    Whatever storage space is provided with Yahoo mail if it can be provided to store personal photos, videos like google drive, then it would be great. Coz Google only provides 15GB space while Yahoo provides 1TB space.

  4. I keep getting a message that, due to suspicious activity, I have to have a code to access my account. Really? I'm using the same computer!

    Maybe, since I am using the same computer with the same IP address that I have been using FOREVER, your site should be able to recognize that it is ME!

  9. Account delete is disfunctional

    Yahoo is really screwed up. I want to delete my account. I follow the account delete instructions to the letter, but always get the message, "Uh oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." Trying to get support for this is a nightmare and I do not want to get a subscription for HELP THAT SHOULD BE FREE! I WANT AN ACCOUNT DELETE PAGE THAT WORKS!!!

    Got notice my account was out of date. Clicked on fix, said I needed to change password, did so and clicked on agree, got message error code 0x8019019a. Can't get mail now. If I can' get help from yahoo without paying, will switch!

  16. Allow a way to update an obsolete email that was used as an initial Yahoo account username.

    I created my account 23 years ago with an email from my business at the time. I am retired now and the email is no longer valid but there isn't a way to update or remove that association from my yahoo account. In the recover section, I get the message This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed. What a pain **********.

  17. Personalised paid services are needed. These hired goons/ hackers have wasted time, energy and money.

    I fail to understand that all Microsoft, google they themselves encouraging Xbox gaming/hacking option and GAUID is being sold by google , the advertising id sold to hackers and they have hardly any help to offer for 4 months now but just crocodile tears. Yahoo is still the best. I miss yahoo it's been 2 decades of association.
