    Dear Yahoo:

    I just have a small recommendation to make.
    The current profile photo circle is too small to be meaningfully visible.

    I can barely see myself in the space provided.

  2. Can’t change time zone

    Useless site won’t allow you to change time zone. Literally 7 hours out of whack and literally no way to change it absolutely useless help and support. Shocking

  6. Please eliminate the prompt for a PIN when tapping Security key at login

    Eliminate the prompt to enter my Yubikey security key PIN when logging in: having to enter this makes it 3-factor authentication, very bothersome: password, security key, and now PIN. Other email providers don't require this: the PIN is only required the first time to register the key during set-up.

  7. STOP STEALING CUSTOMER DETAILS THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED TO YAHOO

    I created a Yahoo Email account: I then went through settings and removed all permissions I could and turned of all features as well. I also disabled Location, removed the phone number I was forced to supply and added a recovery email instead.
    During the above processes: I was required to confirm Identity with code sent to my recovery email address. After which Yahoo had turned on google sign-in & stolen my personal details from Google.
    I now have to contact yahoo-help as there is no obvious way to turn off google sign in and delete "all" details yahoo-stole from…

  8. More Flexible Data Editing

    Yahoo doesn't let me change any of my data, nor let me remove connected devices. You send my password verification to something called Daniel's iPhone but it never arrives. I need to go in and select my iPhone number manually.

    I'd like to use Yahoo as a main email, but its simply to inflexible.

  13. To open and use yahoo mail I have to turn off my VPN. It would be better for security reasons if Yahoo could function with a VPN turned on.

  15. "Generate App Password"

    Yahoo disabled the "Generate App Password" so now I cannot use Outlook on my new laptop. Which means I cannot work offline, I have to use a clunky interface, login every time I wish to use an email, etc. I know you wish to have users look at your little ads but those of us who will NEVER look or respond to these ads use Outlook. Could you turn GAP on? I'm getting really frustrated and WILL look at other options. Don't turn Yahoo into AOL.
