It's hard to handle and look for the new "look" of Yahoo main page. Why in the world would change the appearance of the Yahoo?. The old version is very easy to handle and understand. If there are not a button of get back to Yahoo old version, I'm going to look to close the account and open a new one in Google.

    The new version seems to have been designed for a 5th grader. I do not use my phone to access my mail and this seems to be the direction Mail is going to. I am not texting! Please don't force people to communicate like on X with xcrement that limits the number of characters one can use. Mail is different from social media messaging. Maybe the 6th graders who designed this product should keep this in mind.

    I would prefer to go back to how my inbox was before this new one. I do not like this at all. I wish there was option to use the old or new format.

    There are no words adequate enough to describe how much I hate the changes.
    1. I hate that it does not show how many unread messages I have
    2. I hate that it is hard to tell in my inbox which are unread
    3. I hate that it constantly defaults to priority rather than all because your idea of what is priority is not what is actually priority for me
    4. I hate that the folders are collaped by default
    5. I hate the font size and choice, it makes it hard for me to read and is ******* my eyes
    6. I hate that the spam and trash are hard to find
    7. I could keep going
    This is literally the worst and looks like it was designed by someone who never actually uses email
    PLEASE give the option to go back to the old email

    The new Yahoo. email is not user friendly! Also, please remove the block on the right side of the screen that has "Stared" & "Contacts"....this information is of no help when viewing emails and is annoying. I can barely decipher what email I have in the in box..... The entire navigation is terrible! Please go back to the prior yahoo email which is why I chose Yahoo over Gmail in the first place!

    I might as well go to gmail if this is the format you are staying with. It's not much different, but it's easier to navigate.

    I agree who the heck can tell what's been read it's all Gray, such a terrible design. i'm switching to gmail.

    Hate the new look. And default to what yahoo thinks is priority??? NO THANKS. Dumping yahoo for Gmail.

    The new version is so complicated. It's telling me I have unread messages from 2 years ago. Please go back.

    Can't stand the new look! The more you try to change just for the sake of change, the more I'll go elsewhere.

    I do not find it practical, Yahoo mail is very different from other providers, this updated version lost Yahoo uniqueness. Basic is better.

    I hate the new Yahoo Mail. How do I get back to the old version? The new version is crowded and distracting. The old version met every need I had. It was straight forward and laid out well, easy to read. You have screwed up the email just like you screwed up the Yahoo Financial Portfolio listing format/layout. The old Yahoo Financial Portfolio listing worked very well. With the new changes Yahoo will head down the same road as AOL.

    LET US GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. This is terrible. Google isn't even this bad. I want what I paid for. Not this tiny version where I can't have everything I want in one place. I am using a 43" screen. Place all of my inboxes next to each other like before. Why is everything spaced out? This is some ridiculousness. I might as well tie a gmail account to pull from this one so I never have to look at it again.

    Look, I had to re learn to walk and do simple things like tying my shoe due to a Brain Tumor. I just got back to feeling good on the Laptop & I CANNOT comprehend everything new I have to learn just to check my email. Is there any way I can go back to the old version???? This new one is just so freaking complicated...
