    Too hard to edit emails, I'm behind 100's. Honestly I'm thinking of going over to Gmail.

    Yahoo basic (old version) is better and much preferred. I'm sure the update meant well with the sleek design, it just misses the mark

    New version is an epic fail.
    It glitches when e-mails are received through a spamgourmet address, to the point that the e-mails become unreadable.
    Impossible to select, drag, copy, etc. e-mail addresses, so not possible to copy a selection of e-mail addresses from an earlier sent message, in order to create and send a new one.

    So, how about you manually re-type it from /n/ to /b/ or /d/?

    (I'm not trying it, because I WON'T budge from basic /b/ for nothing, now.
    However unappealing it is, it's there to stay. I won't be in position where a version of yahoo mail I got used to is snatched from me without notice and without chance to recover it, again. EVER.)

    Looking at the URL of your email in your browser, if it starts with:
    https://mail.yahoo.com/n/, you are in the New format,
    https://mail.yahoo.com/b/, you are in Basic Email,
    https://mail.yahoo.com/d/, you are in the old/Classic format
    I've never used Email Plus, so I don't know what that looks like.

    If you are still stuck in the New email format, have you tried the steps below to return to old/Classic format? (I am referencing some screenshots from when I was forced to use the New format from before I switched back, so it may not match what you have if they are still changing the New format.)

    A) On the far left, directly under the "yahoo!mail" logo, there are 5 icons oriented in a vertical column with Inbox on the top and Folders on the bottom. Click on the three dots under Folders.
    B) This should bring up a Settings list with Appearance, Mailboxes, and about 8 other topics in one upper list, then there is a small gap, and underneath that is a lower list including things like About Yahoo Mail, Give Feedback, Help. Somewhere in that lower list should be something similar to “Switch to Old (or Classic or original) Email”. Click that.

    There may also be a Switch to Basic. Don't click that.

    Don't like this new version at all, not user friendly, if I can't go back , I'll have to find me a new mail site.

    I'm a senior citizen and the computer is supposed to be fun. By changing Yahoo it's making me go back to school and learn everything all over again. I'm retired and don't want to get a headache trying to figure stuff out.......

    The new version is beyond horrible. I want to change back to the old version asap!!! If not, i will have to change to another email provider.

    This new version is horrible. I typically love change, but I can't tell in this new version what is new and what is read. I've tried several times to go in and clean it up, but give up immediately and they just keep piling up now

    The New Yahoo mail is annoying. You cannot read the email at a glance. You have to scroll right or left to read the email.

    Seriously for the love of all that is good, go back to the old version. You are seriously making me consider going to another email provider for this.

    I do have the old mail back NOW. Make sure you clear you cache and cookies and you should be good to go. BUT, (and its a big one) it does say the "new" mail is coming soon, click here to try it out!!! Thanks, but no thanks!!! I like the way it is now, back like the classic mail I've used for a decade... DO NOT CHANGE THIS OR WE WILL LEAVE.

    NEW version SUCKS!!!
    I have 600 email unread and cannot locate multiple accounts.
