You appear to be running a fake McAfee ad on the mail.yahoo.com user page. The ad appears over the top of the real email entries (btw placing ads in this position to make them look like emails seems really hokey to me and prone to this kind of abuse).
The ad tries to make it look like an email message from McAfee.com, with a message in place of a subject line reading, "Your card payment failed, please update your payment method." It's doubtful whether a legitimate company would EVER run an ad containing such a message; it looks like a phishing attempt.
The embedded link is to coreantivirus.com and NOT McAfee.com. This website is apparently based in China.
