Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Why does it give you an option at the top to return to the old yahoo mail if you can't do it? Just keeps sending me back to the new version.

    Why are you doing this? Everything looks horrible! Let me go back to classic!!! Why are you forcing this hideous new layout on us. I don't want to opt in. Yahoo classic was perfect. It's not working i keep clicking on revert and it does nothing! Your service is useless now. I'll just use google where the layout looks streamlined and minimum. No fancy bells and whistles that add nothing. Some of us like basic and simple!!

    Why had my Yahoo mail changed? Who came with this imbecilic idea? Why don't I have the option of switching back? Before you folks decide to change things that work, may be ASK your clients first?
    If I must learn a new e-mail, maybe I should move to another server, that has more features!
    Stupid, stupid, stupid idea!!

    this new yahoo email is horrible - please give us back classic or basic - the new emali is slow and hard to read - i actually hate it as much as possible - please change it back!

    my email has switched itself with out asking me to the new yahoo mail and I do not like it. to hard to use.
    I tried multiple times to switch back but it does not work and the new yahoo mail is still active. I need to
    get it back to basic or I am going to have to go with another email. how do I get the old basic email back ?

    Fix the Go Back to Old Yahoo Mail button. The button displays for me but does not do anything.

    Let me return to the old Yahoo or Basic Mail, as I have tried to do over and over and over. I HATE THE NEW MAIL: it's grey background is much harder to read, and in general, it requires much more work to do anything. Why does Yahoo want to lie to me and put me through all this waste of time, energy and effort to do exactly as directed and still NOT work? It's so antagonizing that I think I need to work through just changing over to other email accounts and let Yahoo go, since it clearly does not value me as a customer.

    i click on 'go back to old version of email' but nothing happens. fix that. i dont want the new version. its screwing me up.

    I really don't like the new version of Yahoo, before I used to be able to go back to the ORIGINAL Version, how can I go back?
    Until you fix the browsing to mimic how we used to see folders, please switch me back to ORIGINAL Version. I have another account still on the original version, but seems that you forced me to go to this new version for one account, but not the other one, how can i switch badk???

    I’m using Yahoo Mail on Microsoft Edge on my laptop, and the new version made it much harder to view emails clearly.

    It’s very difficult to distinguish between new and read messages, which seriously affects usability.

    I would like to suggest that you bring back the option to return to the previous layout, which was much clearer, simpler, and more efficient.

    I DID NOT REQUEST ANY CHANGE IN YAHOO MAIL. WHY IT WAS CHANGED TO NEW YAHOO MAIL? TO GET MORE PAID MEMBERS? SWITCH ME BACK TO MY ORIGINAL YAHOO MAIL. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO CONTINU AFTER FREE TRIAL PERIOD. THANK YOU. BINA PARIKH

    STOP CHANGING YAHOO MAIL.

    How many decades have the majority of us selected "return to old yahoo mail"? Hmm? Why can't I return to the old version now?? This new stuff is cluttered and awful. You keep trying to push the SAME design, year after year, never changing anything that anyone requests. Just give us back the original look!! I don't need or want your AI slop, that wastes billions of gallons of water to do the simplest **** I DIDN'T NEED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

    You keep pushing this on me and I do not want it. Now one of my accounts won't let me change back to Old Yahoo. I DO NOT LIKE NEW YAHOO AND I WANT TO GET OLD YAHOO BACK ON MY ACCOUNT.

    Could you NOT! for the love of God!! keep changing the friken interface over, and over, and over again, and removing the option that lets me keep the FRIKEN-OLD-YAHOO-MAIL-INTERFACE?!

    I am trying to get rid of this new BS you keep adding, but, even the Settings -> Switch to Old Yahoo Mail doesn't work.

    NO! I do NOT want to change the yahoo mail interface!
    NO! I DID NOT want to change the yahoo mail interface before!
    and
    NO! I will NOT want to change the yahoo mail interface in the future!

    How hard it is to grasp that concept??

    I do not want to keep searching the options, you keep re-arrangeing.

    how do I switch back to the old yahoo mail. I HATE the new yahoo mail
    HORRIBLE !!!!! I tried going to settings and I see the "switch to old yahoo"
    but when I click on it it just goes back to the new yahoo mail. HOW DO I
    SWITCH IT BACK !!!!!
