Make it usable! Even after deleting over a years' emails, I still keep getting a message saying I have no storage space! What happened to the space from a years' worth of emails deleted?

As mentioned in our email communications to you and our help articles. once you delete your emails, you also need to empty your trash and spam folders. Then you will see the storage number decrease. Thanks!!
