spam filtering
You have to allow for known contacts to go to inbox. It is a known issue as complained about on the reddit forums that your spam filtering is terrible. Known contacts should not go to spam, yet they do.

If spam goes to your Inbox, please mark it as spam instead of deleting. If a legit email is going to your Spam folder, please mark it as NOT spam. This will help your spam filters.
