When I click on Reply, my curser skips to another place in e-mail and I have to scroll to find the place to type my reply.

Hi Nancy, can you please create a new thread and including more information such as browser, browser number, are you on a desktop, laptop? Then we can try and replicate. There are many browsers so this would be super helpful Thanks.
