You really MUST allow email filters which send emails to the Inbox.
I help my mother with her Yahoo Mail account. In the past, I have been able to setup Yahoo Mail email Filters such that a Filter would send the incoming email message to the normal Inbox if the Filter's "From/Contains/AllowablePerson@AllowableDomain.com" email address equated to a person or company from which she really wanted to receive emails. Such Filters worked in conjunction with my "down-at-the-bottom handle-the-spam" Filter (a Filter found at the bottom of the massive list of Filters I had created for her); that "bottom filter" would direct all other emails to a custom Folder named Spaminator. HOWEVER, NOW WHEN I TRY TO CREATE NEW FILTERS WITH THIS TECHNIQUE, THE NEW FILTERS NO LONGER SEEM TO WORK! (Although previously-created Filters do seem to still work, thankfully.) PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
Yes, we do have Filters. You can find this under your Settings, there we do have Filters just like the old version. Thanks!
