Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

The right hand column for starred and contacts is mostly useless to me and I'd really rather it was hidden by default.

your new " improved " update is total rubbish . the light option is too light and the dark option is too dark . You changed something that was good into inferior . Also my signature had a weblink which was displayed with a picture link which looked nice ... ALL GONE . Terrible update . Hate it .

OLD PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE CHANGE. GIVE US THE OPTION TO KEEP THE OLD EMAIL. I WILL DITCH YAHOO IF IT BECOMES A PAIN TO TRANSITION TO. I TURN 75 IN TWO DAYS. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT. I LIKE IT THE WAY IT IS.

Dear Yahoo Mail Support Team,
I am writing to report ongoing performance issues with Yahoo Mail that have significantly impacted my experience.
The application is consistently slow, with noticeable lag on nearly every click. At times, it freezes entirely, making it difficult to read, write, or manage emails efficiently. In addition, I frequently receive emails late, which is especially frustrating when timely communication is critical.
Overall, the performance of Yahoo Mail has been very poor, and these recurring issues make it unreliable for daily use. I would appreciate it if your team could investigate these problems and provide guidance on any fixes or improvements.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

I can only see 5 e-mails on my screen in the new layout. So much of my laptop is taken up with blank space. I had been using the PC version of yahoo mail more recently because the text is so small on my phone and i cant work out a way to make it bigger. Can you ask developers to test changes on a home users device. I am sure that if I had a massive screen on my phone and laptop it would all work well but the changes are making yahoo unusable. If the aim is to get users off the platform, it may well be the change you are looking for. Its not working for me at the moment on a laptop with a wen browser or on my android app.

Bring them back. The light and dark options are terrible. They both make my eyes hurt looking at them.

In New Yahoo! Mail Desktop, under ... More | AI features | Message summaries, please make its toggle switch persistent, as I like it to be off. However, it is on for me after signing out of New Yahoo! Mail Desktop and shutting down my Windows PC, starting my Windows PC and signing into New Yahoo! Mail Desktop.

Mine were lost and important to me. I had been using my account for a long time, but lost my emails because I wasn't logging in to yahoo itself. Very sad.
