There is something really wrong with my email inbox and there are no helpful articles listed to help. I am beyond upset at this point. I just want my original inbox back. I did not ask for, nor authorize any changes to my account. Whatever my inbox is now, there is no starred option, and the writing options (Bold, font & size, color, etc.) are gone. I just want my old original inbox back.....PLEASE
