First off, WORST service ever. I should be able to get to an agent when requested, not asked the same thing 8 times by a robot. Secondly, I check my e-mail on my phone daily. keep up with it all. However, when I come on here, I have 25,000 emails that I have to delete 100 at a time or your page freezes.... I have had this account since 2003 and will be deleting it because you suck at anything customer related. I will have my family and my job also pull their accounts and go to outlook for our work e-mail. That's about 7000 accounts that will move simply because you couldn't probably help a toddler, you would make a bot do it. Glad to be rid of your useless service.
