If I look in the "inbox" I can see recently received emails that are unread dated 21st may but if I select the "UNREAD" folder there are no unread emails received since the 18th.

It doesn't matter how many times I switch between the inbox and unread folder it just doesnt show them.

I have dozens of different folders and mail is directed to folders using the filters so when your "unread" selection doesnt work I can easily miss a critically important email.

You don't allow us to contact support, you have reduced the storage quota to a fraction of what it was before, you have broken the "unread" emails option, you have broken the option to add another phone number for 2FA because it either doesnt send the text or says the code is wrong so I cant verify the number.

Overall its turned into a ******* **** show and theres no way I would recommend anyone create a new Yahoo account.
