I've been desperately trying to reply to an important email, last of a thread counting 5 messages. At first I thought I missed something and forgot to send my reply, that's why my email is in the Drafts folder. So I've modified it with what changed in the meantime, and resent it. A few days later, when I came back to check the status, it once again was in the Drafts folder, and showing as a draft in the sent folder. So I've once again modified the contents a bit and tried to send it, a 3rd time. This time I've checked right away, my modified email disappeared into the void, and the previous draft that I've edited moments before was there unchanged. At this moment I thought it'd be better to just quit trying to send a doomed draft, the best option would be to delete it and start over with a clean reply to that last email. So I clicked delete in the drafts folder, confirmed that I want to permamently delete that draft and went on searching for the said last email to which I've been sweating for OVER A WEEK NOW to send a reply - only to find that the WHOLE THREAD, together with it's attachments has VANISHED INTO THE VOID. They are not in the inbox. They are not in the bin. They are not in the drafts. They simply vanished permamnently. Not only the draft. The WHOLE.FRIGGIN.THREAD!!!!
This was the moment I wanted to contact a support member to at least report this bug, only to find out that I need to be a paying client in order to be able to get any kind of support... Words cannot describe how upset I am
