i shouldn't have to pay you a subscription when your 2 factor auth is NOT WORKING
I have a free account and I should be able to change my password AT ANY TIME. For the last 2 weeks I have tried to change my password due to known identity theft and cannot because your 2 factor authentication is not working. It is not user error it is a Yahoo error and I should be able to report it to you and the security of my account should be preserved regardless of subscription status.
You have broken security. Please fix it asap.
I've had this email account for over 25 years and will likely cease using all your products as a result of this issue.
