How can i return to basic mail settings. There is no button for basic settings at the settings menu in the lower left end of mail

    I do not like how it is set up.
    With the former one, I could very quickly see all the new emails, scroll quickly to see if I had to reply to any immediately. But now it's very hard to review emails quickly and easily. Too much info all together.

    Absolutely hate the new style of yahoo mail, it looks cluttered when viewing emails and I don't like the coloured icons within the emails either. I don't want primary, offers, social and newsletter headings. I just want my emails in an easy to read format, plain and simple, nothing else just emails. This is definitely not an improvement. Please go back to the old style.

    unclear difference beetween new mail and old (read mails). There is NO option to change lookis of e-mail box. Really awful looking mailbox

    New Yahoo Mail lock like **** ! Why do you change good for useless new ? What's was wrong with existing ? It was good for decades and now its **** !
    You are should give users options to keep old edition. New one it is a ********* ,hard to navigate locks terrible ,cant find old mails ,pictures ,documents and so on.

    GO BACK TO "USER FRIENDLY "OLD MAIL" SYSTEM" WAKE UP TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS

    Bring back option to switch to old yahoo mail. I do not like new mail (poor usability, lack of some features) and now there is also no way to switch back to old style.

    Improvements can be made by changing the awful new look back to the previous appearance, which is clearer and more user friendly.

    YOUR AUTOMATED REPLY WAS AS USEFUL AS YAHOO MAIL HAS BECOME. THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT REMOVING THE "OLD MAIL" IS IN THE 10000's . BECAUSE YOUR SO ARROGANT & NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS THEY ARE MOVING TO HOTMAIL.

    I cannot understand why you changed the old good UI to this new 2026'ish terrible card based UI. I have a useless card taking one third of my mail view on the right. New unread emails seem unreadable. I have been a Yahoo user since 1999 but I might need to leave now, it's so bad. Looks like someone made it with AI in 5 minutes without think user experience. Please bring back an option to use Legacy UI for existing users. Thank you.

    The new Yahoo mail page is clunky, unfriendly, and imposes an inconvenient user experience. Please restore the old Yahoo Classic Mail View, which I've used for over 20 years and which worked well.
