Grandfather the 1TB that accounts that have been with you for over 2 decades have had
I am really upset and disappointed to learn that the storage on yahoo mail account I have had for over 20 years is decreasing from 1 TB down to JUST 15GB!!!!! This is outrageous and a real slap in the face to customers like me who have been with you for so long. If you have to readjust the storage capacity you give to accounts then it would have been preferable that you did that only to new accounts or at the very least, let a reasonable number of storage stay for existing accounts such as 100 GB. I am a little old lady who has been with you so long and with the cost of living crisis, don't have the capacity to pay the high monthly fees you are requesting to be able to still use my yahoo mail account. I hope you can see some sense and do something for people in my position who have had the same email address for so long and don't have the mental capacity or technical experience to change providers or understand how to even go about changing providers who are more reasonable. I am hoping you will be reasonable and change your stance to allow long standing accounts like mine, to remain and have a reasonable e storage without having to start paying for it. As I said, the decrease you are instigating in one hit is absolutely atrocious and unreasonable and beyond what any caring company would do to its elderly customers. I would appreciate an acknowledgement of my complaint and look forward to you seeing reason and advising that my request to a fairer decreased limit of 100 Gb is granted. Look forward to hearing from a real person in regards to my complaint soon. Thank you for your time. Kind Regards,
