THE ISSUE STARTED APPERARING RECENTLY. MY YAHOO ACCOUNT NAME AND MAIL SETTINGS ARE CORRECTLY SET TO jeanewan@yahoo.com, recently yahoo began displaying the sender as Salazar V.G. when I send emails. I did not make this change and I cannot correct it trough my account settings. I have already verified my profile name, my mail sender name and confirmed I have no send only email addressed. Please investigate and correct the sender identity associated with my account because this appears to be a yahoo system error. I have contacted Yahoo chat support several times, but they have never resolved my issues. repeatedly gave me the same troubleshooting steps even after explained that i had already completed them. I was enable to get effective technical assistance or have my case properly investigated. I respectfully request that yahoo engineering investigate and correct this problem as soon as possible.
