Dear Yahoo Support,

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Yahoo Mail account that appears to be related to the mailbox on the server side.

Account created: Approximately 2007

Problem Description

My Yahoo Mail account can still be accessed normally through the web browser, but it is no longer able to send or receive emails.

Symptoms

I cannot send any email from Yahoo Web Mail.

Every attempt results in the following message:

"An error occurred while sending the message."

Other people cannot send emails to my Yahoo account.

The sending mail server receives the following SMTP response:

552 5.2.2 This message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full.
My mailbox storage shows only 3.1 GB used, which is far below the storage limit.
I have already:
Emptied the Trash and Spam folders.
Tested with different browsers.
Sent plain text emails without attachments.
Verified that another Yahoo account works normally on the same computer, browser, and internet connection.

Based on these tests, the problem appears to affect only this specific Yahoo account.

I believe the mailbox quota, mailbox metadata, or mailbox index may be corrupted or out of sync on the server.

Could you please check and repair my mailbox on your server?
