Why can't I open email attachments on the mobile app after updating to the new version of Yahoo Mail?
After updating to the latest version of the Yahoo Mail app on my iPhone, I can no longer open email attachments. It displays a notification saying: "UNABLE TO PREVIEW, UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THIS ATTACHMENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as logging out and logging back in numerous times; however, it only works briefly—showing the old interface and allowing me to open files—before switching to the new interface, at which point I can no longer open attachments.
