I don't know if it's the new email look, or if I've been hacked. PLEASE DON'T DELETE!! I need help!
I need to report a possible Yahoo Mail deliver/security problem following a phishing incident.
I clicked a faudulent Punchbowl invitation and entered my Yahoo credentials on the resulting login page. I immediately changed my Yahoo password and verified all of my recover/security methods. They are all correct and belong to me.
Sine then, legitimate emails from multiple ouside providers are not arriving. I have tested Gmail and Comcast.net. These messages do not appear in Inbox, Spam, Trash, or search, and the senders receive no bounce-back.

A Yahoo-to-Yahoo test sent from my own account arrives within seconds.
I have checked:
Filters
Auto-forwarding
Reply-to address
blocked domains
blocked addresses
recognized addresses
recovery/verificationmethods

I also attempted Yahoo.s Mail Restore request twice, once in my original Safari browser and once in Chrome. In both cases the request appears to process with moving dots, then the same form reappears with my informatio. There is no confirmation, error message, or request/reference number.
Please investigate whether there is an account-level or server-side restriction preventing incoming mail from external providers, and whether my account has any security restriction associated with the phishing incident.
